Gary Alikivi is a Documentary Film Maker based in Tyneside, UK with 30 years experience. His commissioned work includes producing information and promotional films for charities and councils. His self financed work started with making music video’s in the late 90’s.
Local media The Shields Gazette described him as a prolific film maker. He has produced over 20 documentaries including ‘Wildflower‘ about South Shields born Eileen O’Shaughnessy, wife of George Orwell and ‘Little Ireland’ about Irish immigration into Jarrow. His most recent works are two documentaries about the life of author & artist Baron Avro Manhattan, and Russian author Yevgeny Zamyatin. Check the Alikivi You Tube channel
